Hi, according to whats going on right now, i will most probably be pursuing my masters and then my phd in AIML during a time of shani mahadasha, but someone told me that its a bad time for pursuing higher education. Is that true? If so, what can i do?
Hi, I’m currently pursuing my bachelors degree , about to start sem 5 in about a month. So far I’m on Andrew Ngs course 3/5 of his DL spec( I’ve been doing AIMl since before from other sources but only recently found out about Andrew’s course, and honestly it’s basically like relearning things I know but at a deeper level so I’m all for it, feels like courses I did in the past and taught concepts at a very surface level compared to Andrew) aside from that, I’ve written 2 research papers, 1 published and 1 in review, aside from that Im working on maths required in AIMl at a deeper level then what they taught in uni, but I feel like I’m a bit behind considering I’m about to start 3rd year ( asked Claude ) . Im kinda confused on how I can increase my pace and also about what to do next considering I’ll be done with Andrew’s DL spec in about 2 weeks and I’ve continued maths and research side by side. I’ve seen a lot about RAG, but I’m not fully aware about it , so should I go for RAG after completing Andrew’s course or should I first do something else. I’m sorry that this has turned into a rant, im just really confused on how far behind I am then where I should be and what I should do next. To be exact I’m aiming for research roles and am aware that they require a PhD and am ready to pursue a masters and then a PhD in the future, so should I go for RAG next ? And if possible could someone guide me on how I should approach AIML at this point ?
