Gen4 X cable lenght vs Gen2 Motorized cable

Hello Friends, i have run into a problem whilst installing my new Gen4 X dish. For context, in 2023 i got my first Gen2 motorized dish. Installing was no issue and the cable was plenty long. Now, 2 weeks ago roughly my old kit suddenly died, no idea why. Starlink sendt a replacement Gen4 X kit. Now i finally got around to install it and had to realize in shock that the cable was way to short, over 5 meters short. Did they change the cable lenghts? On the website it says that the cables for both Gen2 and Gen4 are supposedly 15m (50ft) long but the old one is either 23m (75ft) long or the new one is only 10m long? No way to measure it, dont have a tape measure this long. What do i do now, buy the longer 45m cable? I cant really mount it somwhere else since there are a lot of trees around

Rest in peace Gen2 motorized dish

We had a pretty bad thunderstorm yesterday and my starlink setup (Gen2 dish and Router) suddenly stopped working, which is weird because there were no power outtages or lightning strikes anywhere nearby but stuff happens (water damage maybe?). Anyways, i tried all the troubleshooting steps i could find but the router wouldnt turn back on so i chatted with the Grok thing in the app and it pretty much immediately just ordered me a new Gen4 X Kit free of charge. I also ordered the mount adapter so i dont have to take the whole thing down. Now, what do i do with the old hardware? there was no mention of sending it back so i guess just dispose it? I do have backup internet for the time being, the old copper is still active and mobile phone hotspot works fine even tho the signal is kind of weak (which warranted the Starlink purchase in the first place)
