I gave Ivan nearly a whole pot of coffee. This footage was taken after I had give Ivan thirty or so minutes to wear Ivanself out.

The features for these mods are genuinely so obscure and hidden they’re nearly Easter eggs. I’m saddened to see all this effort go to waste because the features aren’t actually stated

The Khar-Tib dagger in the game as of now is rather niche and with mostly everyone seeing the teaser/announcement for the new extending version, it’s unclear what will happen to the old one.

Though, I have an idea that can fix both of these issues in a mostly lore friendly way with a slight retcon.

Since it already fits the color scheme of The Eye it could be stated that the current danger is a copycat version made after encounters with the Khar-Tib. This could also be paired with a balance change of changing the current dagger to be more on par with the Combat Dagger rather than Noble’s Dagger. This means it would be purple rank, or T4, same as The Eye’s weapons, so it is more easily accessed in crystal hunt and not so niche.

As it stands Ivan is a big fan of the current dagger and Ivan would hate to see it go, this would definitely help where these two weapons will sit in the future update. (Assuming that the Khar-TiB dagger is a T5 like the “signature weapons” from previous faction updates. Ex: captains sabre and katana.)
