I am a happy user of the Z 50mm f1.8 and I use this lens as an everyday lens. With its original lenshood it becomes quite big and I wanted to ask if there is a smaller lenshood that’d work as well?

Hey folks!

I am currently editing a lot of pictures and I noticed that my Lightroom/PC performance decreases a lot after 2-5 pictures without doing heavy editing.

The first images are always fine, Lightroom is fast, some minor waiting for masks/next pictures. After some pictures my whole PC starts to freeze for a second whenever doing a task. Is my PC to slow for Lightroom? Any settings I should look for?

Task Manager says RAM is at about 65% all the time. CPU goes up to 20%, single core maybe 80-90% if I understand this correctly. Temps look alright

PC:

- Intel Ultra 7 265K

- RTX 5070

- Crucial DDR5 RAM 2x16GB (CP16G60C36)

- Samsung 990 Pro 1TB (About 200gb left space, Lightroom & Pics on same device)

- Windows 11/Lightroom Classic (both updated)

Everything works well with the same pictures on base M4 air, even when trying to force it.
