Hello hellooo! Me and my friends are looking for a dorm/apt/pad/place to stay na good for 1 per unit/room. Near PRC Matina or kahit 1 ride going there. Our budget is around 3-5k po sana, will be staying for 2 months only. Baka meron kayo ma suggest po, feel free to drop ur suggestions pls pls kay wala pa kami ma stayhan😭 or baka may ma suggest po kayo around Matina lang po na place, especially sa mga hindi taga Davao na sa Davao nag take ng Boards, pls pls pls🤞

Must have:

- Own bed frame

- Table

- AC (pls ang init😭)

- Own electricity and water meter

- Review friendly

- Own Cr (sana)

Others:

- Review Friendly

- Madali lang maka sakay (commute lang po kami😭)

- Pet friendly pero okay lang hindi (planning to bring my dogs for emotional support😖)

For someone who's struggling when it comes to time management, what's the best advice you can give? I'm really having a hard time on which reviewer should I focus, FNDRC ba? CHNI ba? or NDAP? sa dami kasi ng resources diko alam kung saan or ano ang simulan. I'm also having a hard time to find the study method for me, I've been reading for a month already, pero bogsh IMs having a hard time to retain what I've read. Lately din, sobrang emotional ko na😭 I prefer to answer mock boards than to read pero parang na guguilty ako pag wala akong nasisimulan sa pagbabasa pero ang ending, wala ding nabasa😭 please help me outtttt, I need some advice po talaga.
