Visiting Hilton Head with an RV

Hello All,

I'm visiting the island for a few days on 4th of July weekend and will be staying at a closeby RV resort (Hilton Head National RV resort), which is unfortunately about 10 miles from the island. I don't have a separate car to visit the island, but still want to visit the beach. Is there any RV parking I can pay for without inconveniencing locals or parking illegally? Alternatively, some larger parking from where we can catch a bus or something similar? Thank you!

Bought a used car and they "detailed" it with some unholy greasy solution

Bought a used 2021 Telluride and when I picked it up every surface, both inside and out seems to be covered with this shiny slightly greasy layer. I'm assuming whatever they use makes cars look better in ad pictures - but I hate it so much in person.

It's a black car with a black leather(ette??) interior. I figured I'd use mild soap and water for the outside, but what about the inside surfaces? Is there something that will both remove the this greasy abomination and actually clean the leather and plastics? Do I need multiple products?

Total noob, apologies as I haven't previously visited this sub and haven't had a chance to look through FAQ's to see if they cover my question. Thank you!!!

Contractor installed marble tile backsplash with no space between countertops

Remodeling. Was planning to do this myself, so I’ve done some research - is there supposed to be at least a small gap between the two surfaces? To allow for material expansion and easier water seal?

Second question - marble honed tile. I bought penetrating sealer for the tiles before grout. Contractor says no need, he’ll seal after. Grout is off white. Does it matter?

Thank you!
