I’m working on a custom Preflight profile for a team of CSRs to do a quick file check to make sure PDFs are ready to go to Prepress without major issues such as missing bleed. The majority of customers send us PDFs with an 1/8” bleed allowance but oftentimes they forget to extend graphics to the bleed margin. I need a check that flags where these instances occur. I’ve scoured through the custom checks you can apply but I can’t find one that does this type of check. Does this even exist?
