Can anybody verify the authenticity of this sweatshirt?

First time at this thrift, they had boxes everywhere filled with clothes and just happened to stumble across this piece

Attached is a link of what my cats leg looks like. We noticed it today and it looks to be possibly infected. The reason it was wet is because his hair was hard and flat in that area and we thought he just had stepped in something sticky but we now see the whole area is red and irritated possibly. Anyone have any idea what it could be and if it’s serious? He was walking fine but now that we had touched it and tried cleaning it he is hesitant to putting pressure on that foot and meows when we touch it to clean the area. It’s the back of his foot
