My wife got a heart skirt at Dragon Con and wants to do a Carl costume for Halloween.

Any recommendations for a vest, knee pads, patches, gaunlet, etc would be greatly appreciated!

I know the classic is to pass out ribbons from a plastic bag.

Has anyone found a more substantial holder for badge ribbons so they do get squished in transit or during the con?
