Can my adjuster retaliate against me for reporting them to the Office of Worker’s Compensation?

Hey y’all. Thanks so much for helping me out here. So I live in Delaware where the deadline to determine whether your workers comp claim was approved, denied, or delayed is 15 days. It has now been 26 days since I got my number and I have heard nothing. When I first got my claim number my adjuster asked me to get an authorization to release medical information from my insurance and fill it out. I received the form a couple weeks later, however, I need information from them in order to fill it out and send it in. It is at this point that my adjuster fell off the face of the earth. Over a week of calling every day and I finally get transferred to someone else. Apparently the previous adjuster told her nothing because we were back at square one and she knew nothing of my case. Well she also asked me to get her that form, and I told her that I need information before I can fill it out. She has now fallen off the earth too and won’t answer my emails. I feel like I’m in purgatory. I’m so over this and am planning on reporting everything to the office of workers compensation soon. I’m just worried that my adjuster is going to know I did it and sabotage my case somehow. I know this isn’t a legal thing to do, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Just looking for everyone’s opinion on what I should do, and if that is a likely scenario. Thank you.

Is it possible to get a full-ride scholarship to Purdue Global?

Hey everyone. Thanks a bunch for taking the time to help me out here. I’ll lay out my situation real quick. So a couple years ago I got an associates degree from my local community college, and I see that my degree (general business) has a connected degree/transfer option to purdue global (Business Administration). I’m considering pursuing this, however there’s a couple hurdles for me. The first is that I used up almost all of my FAFSA pell grant already, and the second is that I’m very poor and don’t want to take out any loans. I did graduate magna cum laude with a decent gpa at 3.67 and am a member of Phi Theta Kappa, although I’m not entirely sure what benefits that would provide me regarding scholarships and whatnot. I’m basically just wondering if theres any chance this could realistically happen and how I might go about it. I realize the answer is probably no as I imagine it’s quite hard to get a full-ride scholarship to any college. Anyway, thank you again so much for any advice you may have.

I know it’s too much but the pressure is the only thing that helps. It actually hurts more to lay flat on my back than it does to lay on the pod. I even fall asleep on it sometimes. How bad of an idea is this lol
