I lost some important original documents and filed a complaint through the Kerala Police official website. I received the complaint acknowledgment, but I’m not sure what usually happens next.

Has anyone here successfully recovered lost documents after submitting an online complaint? Did the police contact you if the documents were found? Also, is the online complaint enough for applying duplicate documents, or do I still need to visit the station and get a signed FIR/loss certificate?

Please help with notes and pyqs ASAP i m cooked otherwise dont know shit
