Do 10ml vials expire in 28 days?

Hey guys, Just got my first 2 vials of UGL Test C today and I'm wondering about this. I'm planning on 150mg a week. At this rate, my 10ml vial should last 16.66 weeks. Will this work out or am I going to end up wasting it?

If this matters, it's suspended in MCT oil. Also, refrigerate or not?

Need Help/Advice about long term TRT and stacking with GH

Thinking about switching from Enclomiphene to Test and need advice.

I'm a 53 year old male, on Enclo for just over 6 months. I'm 5'10 and 230lbs, still fat but working on it. Training hard 5 days a week since August. Eating in about a 300 cal deficit with 160-180g of protein daily. Already on Reta, gonna start MotsC as soon as my shipment gets in

Below are my current levels,

\* Levels on 04/28/26

\* Testosterone, Total (Males): 664 ng/dL

\* Testosterone, Free (calc): 92.3 pg/mL

\* Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin (SHBG): 37.0 nmol/L

\* Albumin: 4.4 g/dL (Already matches Quest units)

\* Estradiol (Sensitive) (LC/MS/MS): <30 pg/mL

\* Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH): 4.73 mIU/mL

\* Luteinizing Hormone (LH): 4.1 mIU/mL

All other markers are within healthy range.

My main goal is recomp. I don't want to be super lean/shredded but I do want to get down to maybe 15% BF. I'm naturally muscular with broad shoulders, thick muscularity without bulginess is the aesthetic I'm going for. Not looking to cycle heavy, and I dont plan to PCT since I'll be staying on T for life

My current IGF1 levels is 297, with a ZScore of +1.7 from using CJC1295/Ipamorelin for the past 15 weeks. I'm cycling off after this week and I plan to stay off for 8 weeks, after which I plan to go on GH.

Is 8 weeks long enough to dial in my Test dose before stacking GH. What sort of TRR protocol should I be considering? Test C or Test E ? All advice is welcome

My current protocol is as follows:

  • Enclomiphene for TRT - 12.5mg daily. was previously taking 6.25mg daily for 3 months

    • BF Mass was 93lbs, is now 69.6lbs
    • BF % was 36%, is now 30.1%
  • CJC1295/Ipamorelin/Tesamorelin - GH Optimization, Muscle Recovery, Lean muscle

    • I started CJC1295/Ipamorelin on Feb 3, 2026
      • 100mcg 30min before bed, fasted 2 hours and 100mcg first thing in the AM before the gym. also fasted for 1 week, 5 days on 2 days off
      • 200mcg 30min before bed, fasted 2 hours and 200mcg first thing in the AM before the gym. also fasted, 5 days on 2 days off for the next 3 weeks
      • Week 5 - I started Tesamorelin, 2mg 30 min before bed and kept just a single 200mcg dose of CJC1295/Ipamorelin in the AM, before the gym. also fasted, 5 days on 2 days off
    • Skeletal muscle increased from 97.4lbs on 02/05/26 to 102.7lbs on 05/03/26
    • IGF1 Levels went from 109 on 01/23/26 to 297 on 04/28/26
    • Z-Score went from -0.5 on 01/26/26 to +1.7 on 04/28/26
    • 20% reduction in visceral fat
  • Diet Protocol

    • ~1800 calories per day
    • 160g-180g of protein daily
    • Otherwise not too strict on what I eat
    • 1 gallon of water/day
  • Training Protocol

    • Lift weights 5 days a week, pretty heavy, progressive overload. I work out fasted
    • about 8000 steps spread out during the day, otherwise no dedicated cardio
  • Sleep

    • My sleep is the one thing that isn't dialed in. The quality if my sleep is very good since starting CJC1295/Ipa and especially since I started Tesamorelin at night. But I only get 5.5 - 6 hours of sleep week nights. Weekends are a little better but usually still around 7 hours
  • Other

    • I take 250mg of Magnesium Glycinate and 30mg of Zinc Glycinate
    • I put electrolyte packs in my water
