My desk is too high and I often have to flare my elbows to rest my forearms, and that causes me right shoulder pain whenever i raise my arms.
If I raise my chair too high, my legs cannot squeeze through the drawer. I'll then have to lean forward to my peripherals which is unideal.
I can't really use a keyboard tray because it will limit my mouse movement. The space is also quite small and narrow. Not sure if chair mounted tray is feasible, I can't even install armrests for this chair because I can't reach the cabinet above me.
I'm really looking for a solution because my pain is growing. Any solutions will be appreciated!
