Looking for a budget PC for about 60k

Hi all,

My i3 6th gen desktop kicked the bucket in 2024 and I've been using my laptop for academic work since then but i need a desktop with windows 10 to run some tutorials. Bonus would be to run Flight SIM x (FSx) as well. Budget is 60k but can stretch it to 75k if the offering is good. Thanks in advance!

Long shot-sweet Calico kitten up for adoption

Greetings!

This sweet kitten was abandoned by a vile, pathetic excuse for a human in the middle of the day in my lane. A neighbour had confronted him but he had given a sorry excuse and run off after dropping this fella. She's now in my back garden but i already have two senior cats who don't get along with kittens and another accident victim kitten who's recovering from surgery. If anyone is interested in adopting this affectionate Calico, please let me know.
