Project truck for my son

I bought this 93 Silverado a couple months ago from my employer for my 12 year old son. The goal is to have it 100% complete exactly how he wants it by the time he’s able to drive. It has a few wiring issues that need fixing but nothing really major needs fixing on the truck. I just want to make it 100% reliable for him. The last two pics are the end goals he’s just stuck on which way he likes better. lol.

I’ve got a 2006 Forest River 23SS from a buddy cheap and needs help. I need to know if there is complete sides or if there’s a good way to redo these messed up parts.
