Zoloft help?

For context I am starting Zoloft for my anxiety after not taking meds for a few years but I been having hypertension, vertigo, vestibular migraines, heavy anxiety, and I forgot to mention it to my doctor which I’m going to call to ask a couple questions but does anyone know if it’s ok to still take it even if I feel off? My symptoms were worse a few weeks ago, I still have a little bit of vertigo but my anxiety was probably the main culprit because it started with anxiety first. So should I wait another week to start it or take it as soon as possible?

Help needed, detransitioning!!

For context I was FtM but now I’m trying to ease my way out of it by detransitioning and embracing my biological sex for the sake of many reasons. I want to do this. I haven’t told anybody neither any friends I have, this isnt a new thought but like my physical appearance I look androgynous and not feminine and I want to be more feminine. I thought about mentioning it to a new therapist for some type of help or advice but I’m not sure how to do that. Any help??

Meds help?

For context I am seeing a doctor with a follow up in a couple of days to discuss medication options. While Zoloft is going to be for my anxiety, is there any other meds that have helped anyone with hypotension and vestibular migraines?
