Multiple Colposcopies

For the past 5 or 6 years I've gotten abnormal paps (yearly) with negative HPV. I've had 2 colposcopy in that time. Usually every other year, I had the last one in 2025. Pap from earlier this month just came back same, abnormal with negative HPV and she wants to do another colposcopy! It's only been a year. Is it bc I turned 35 this year? I'm going to have a talk about possible hysterectomy when I go in next, has anyone gone that far to prevent this from happening every year?

It's just so stressful and painful to go thru this every year. Anyone with this experience, thoughts are helpful.

Low iron saturation

So, I have an appointment to discuss labs in a few days with my doc but I'm curious. Who else has normal iron, normal ferritin but low iron saturation? 🤔 what has your provider said about it/ treatment.

Opinions on health trackers please!... the rings, watches and bands or even apps. What do you love or hate. I've owned a fitbit in the past and am considering something similar. Mainly as a motivation to move more. And I'm really looking the Bearable App to track mood, meds, and symptoms.

I go in July for my next (3rd this year) blood draw. I'm, of course, doing Thyroid panel, ANA, and vitamin D. What other vitamins or panels or anything y'all would recommend adding to blood work?? Especially if, my main symptom still, is exhaustion and body/joint aches. (Being on armour thyroid, cutting gluten and sugar out, and tracking symptoms has been a HUGE help and turn around since Jan)
