Stocking Ideas for a 55 gallon
Hi guys. I was gifted a 55 gallon aquarium and I have it sitting in my garage now filled with water to make sure it has no leaks and over the last few days I’ve been trying to think about what to stock it with. I’ve come to think a puffer fish or a group of puffer fish might be something really cool to have.
I know I don’t want pea puffers because almost all my current tanks are all nano fish and I think I want something a bit bigger. I kind of want a more interactive puffer, the kind that’ll recognize me like the whole “wet puppy” kind of a thing.
I already plan to get a red Congo puffer/potato puffer eventually when I come across a 40 gallon breeder so basically any options that aren’t pea puffers or red Congo puffers.
Any suggestions, experiences and pictures of your own puffers you suggest would be very helpful. Thanks!
