This thing actually looks way better in person than I expected. The mirror effect is kind of wild once the lights are on.
Finally got to the finish line. Here's the completed build after a few days of working on it. Now I just need to find room for it on the shelf.
A few hours later and it's finally starting to look like a car. 😄
Honestly, paper manuals make the whole building experience feel way more immersive for me. Sitting there flipping pages somehow just feels “right” when building a set.
But at the same time, modern builds are getting ridiculously complex, and the instruction books are becoming huge. PDFs honestly feel more practical sometimes, especially being able to zoom in when a step is hard to see.
Curious what everyone else prefers these days.
Finally finished this massive pirate ship and honestly took me way longer than expected.
Just wanted to share my current shelf where I keep my builds. Nothing too fancy, but it’s become one of my favorite corners at home. Always fun to look at it and think about the next build to add.
After building for a while, I’ve somehow ended up with a ton of random little bits 😅 Just curious how everyone deals with them. Mine are starting to look like a mini brick landfill at this point.
