My dad and I have match day memberships, when I add mine, it shows all the seat details etc, but when my dad adds his, it shows up like this. It says in the tickets section on the website that we have the ticket for tomorrow, but tells us to download membership card. Then when he does so, it shows the pass like this. Worth mentioning he’s tried downloading so many times that he has hit the limit.

Does anyone know whether this will work looking like this? Or whether it will update tomorrow? Or whether we need to do something else? If necessary we can call the fan support line or whatever
