Samsung s26 not supporting E-Sim Transfer

Hey guys, is anyone else having this issue and found a work around?

I bought a new s26 (Exynos version) and trying to transfer my E-sim from my s22, however there is no "Transfer E-sim" option on my s26 when I click add E-Sim. This option is there on my s22.

The only option is to "scan QR code"

This was also not an option when using Smart Switch.

Have confirmed Nearby Device Scanning is turned on.

New s26 and unlocked.

Appreciate any assistance

I currently live overseas and I'm trying to transfer my home country e-Sim, so going into the Sim provider's store is not an option.

New s26 was shipped from my home country and is unlocked.

Appreciate any insight!
