It’s been well over 15 years since I last played No Mercy and before I purchase an N64 and the game I just wanted to check a couple of things.
Is Create a PPV still in the game like WM 2000 had ?
Can you defend titles like you could in WM 2000 ?
Is there blood in the game ?
I remember the Smackdown mall having all kinds of unlockables, is the survival mode the quickest way of making money in the game ?
Any other tips regarding No Mercy are also welcome
I have never owned a Nintendo GameCube so was never able to play this game, or others on this console. After spending the last few weeks playing Smackdown SYM + HCTP I had an itch to finally purchase a GameCube to play this.
I was just interested in people’s pros and cons regarding this game ? I have read the stamina system is not well liked but not much else negative.
Does this game have blood and alt attires for wrestlers. ? Any thoughts and reviews would be very welcome

I’ve recently started playing this game for the first time in nearly 20 years on my PS2 and I am stunned how well this still holds up.
Season mode is the best in any WWE game ever made in my opinion and the gameplay is superb.
As much as I loved HCTP I do prefer SYM slightly more.
What were people’s favourite storylines in season mode ?
Recently I’ve been finding legendary difficulty to easy when playing against CPU on career mode etc, so I have just started trying to use the custom sliders instead of playing on legendary but there’s a few things I’m unsure about.
Stroke Reactions AI and serve reactions AI I’ve put as legendary … does this mean it is the highest difficulty for me or is making things harder for the CPU ?
Forced Error Threshold - default is 35 I believe … if I make this higher does it make it more or less likely there will be errors ?
Overcooked Charge Duration - Am I better off having this higher or lower to make the game harder.
Also if anyone would like to share there sliders feel welcome to put them in this thread.
I still play PES on PlayStation 2 but have never used an option file before but have seen several on YouTube I’d love to try …. Do I need to have a laptop or PC to download option files or is there another way ?
Is there much of a difference between these games on PS2 ? I assumed after PES 6 the game was practically the same each year aside from small updates
