🌸 Stoneware Haul From Japan + HELP! 🌸

Hi everyone! Hope you’ve all been well! 💕 My stoneware haul finally arrived, and I was hoping some of you could help me ID/confirm a few of the colors!

🌸 Mini Sets 🌸

For the mini cocottes (left to right), I think I have:

* Orange Blossom
* Poppy Pink + Poppy Blue
* Powder Pink
* Antique Rose
* ??? These two are a mystery, but they were originally sold together as a set
* Palm

A few other mysteries:

🧡 Afternoon Tea collab hearts 🧡
I originally thought these might also be Orange Blossom, but I found an old Japanese blog referring to them as “Carrot Orange.” They definitely look a little more sherbet-y/pastel orange than my Orange Blossom pieces, so I’m wondering if Carrot Orange was actually the official color or if it could just be a production variation?

🩵 Baby set 🩵
Another mystery! The only name I’ve been able to find while searching is “Pastel Blue,” but I wasn’t sure whether that was an official Le Creuset color name or just how resellers were describing it. Would love confirmation if anyone knows!

🍨 Speckled stacking jar 🍨
This one is an off-white/cream with intentional black speckles. I haven’t been able to find a color name anywhere, so for now I’ve just been calling it Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and I love it so much 😂

Thank you all for taking a look! I really appreciate you guys 🙏💕

Just noting that this was also posted on Facebook!

Summer recipes? ⛱️☀️🍝

Pic for summer vibes lol! 🧡☀️🩵

I have to admit, I’m a cold weather girly that thrives in the fall and early winter. Unfortunately, most of my favorite things to make are cozy, warm foods, and it’s just way too hot for that right now.

I’ve been feeling a little uninspired, so I went online looking for summer recipes, but I feel like I keep seeing the same few things over and over again, just dressed up differently. So that led me here!

Do any of you have favorite summer meals, recipes, or inspo you’d be willing to share? I’m desperate 😆

Pieces pictured:
Peche oblong covered casserole
Coastal blue mini cocotte
Orange blossom 18cm round oven
Cool mint deep fafa
Purist blue winged heart oven
Powder pink 20cm round

🍬my candy collection + a little thank you 🍬

Recently I’ve been reorganizing my collection (and my life), and trying to focus on the things that bring me joy. The last few months have been really difficult, and collecting has given me something joyful to build and care for when I really needed it. It’s pushed me to be creative in new ways, reminded me that I’m capable despite past failures, and gently encouraged me to take better care of myself. I didn’t expect cute little fafas to have that effect, but here we are. 🩵

More than anything, though, I’m grateful for the people I’ve met through this community. Thank you to everyone who’s swapped pots, shared listings, answered questions, celebrated finds, chatted with me in lines, and helped me track down these special pieces. The kindness of this community has meant so much to me, and I genuinely wouldn’t have some of my most special pieces without some truly special people.

Sending lots of love and gratitude to our little cookware community. Happy collecting 🙏✨💕

Bedroom stoneware ❤️

Hello everyone!! Just wanted to share part of my tiny cerise collection, mostly sentimental items so I don’t cook with them, instead they hold some of my jewelry, night guards, and “other” lol. I have to have little bowls everywhere or I’ll lose everything 🤪

Have been trying to work on my bedroom it’s feeling really cozy, and I love that you can see the Kiki poster from the living room❤️ the pitcher was a gift from my parents from our first outlet visit ever!

Just was very excited to take pics because I cleaned lol! 😆

Does anyone else use their minis as decor? Please show pics 🙏💕

Last two weeks in meals I

Hi guys!! Sorry that I skipped a week, was in a bit of a slump but have been trying hard to stay on track! Unfortunately I haven’t been able to cook as much as I would like, not because the cooking itself but the DISHES 😩. Neurodivergent and that’s my thing, can’t stand it and unfortunately do not have a dishwasher so I haven’t been the most motivated but all that aside here is what I was able to make:

  1. Blueberry muffins with almonds and crunchy sugar - 8oz cocottes

  2. Bulgogi beef and broccoli - 5QT braiser

  3. Corned beef and cabbage (again😅). It was my grandmas favorite and I miss her so I think I’ve been craving it more than usual - 6.75QT oval

  4. Creamy lemon chicken casserole. This is my first casserole I think though I’m not entirely sure of the definition. Based off another comfort food I had when I was younger - 6.75QT round wide

  5. Roasted butternut squash! I just ate one half straight up with salt and pepper 😋 but the other half I used for a sauce - square baker

  6. Noodles! The sauce was made with the other half of the squash as a base, added in onion and peppers along with some broccoli! - 6.75QT round wide

  7. Bonus: I was just excited about some new to me bowls and am working on a pastel fiestaware collection, 90% sourced from my local goodwill so I decided to try and plate my noodles pretty lol ☺️❤️

That’s all for now but fingers crossed I’ll be back next week. Thank you all for letting me share 🙏✨💕

Underwhelmed by FTT online?

Just looked at the US website, looking like they’re still adding things here and there, but I have to say I’m really underwhelmed so far 😅

There’s some cute pink stoneware bowls and a couple of cute rice pots though but ultimately I passed. Was hoping for more of the fun novelty features and cute colors! 🥲

Did you guys buy anything??

🩵 6.75QT Round Wide 🩵 vs 🔥 5QT Braiser 🔥- reference pics!

Hi Hi! Hope everyone is having a great week!✨

I know these two are often getting compared so I wanted to make a post highlighting the differences between them. The 6.75QT Round Wide and 5QT Braiser are two of my most used pieces and though they have a lot of overlap, both have earned their own special place on my stove top! ☺️

🩵 6.75QT Round Wide 🩵

  • - Larger overall capacity
  • - Taller sidewalls retain more steam
  • - Better moisture retention because less liquid is exposed to the air
  • - Slower reduction, making it easier to maintain brothy or saucy things
  • - Less splattering thanks to the higher walls
  • - Great for one pot dishes, pastas, curries, I even roast veggies and chicken in it
  • - The base is less curved so more things can be layered

🔥 5QT Braiser 🔥

  • - Similar overall size but has shorter sidewalls and is shallower
  • - Also good for browning and searing because more food can sit directly on the cooking surface
  • - Faster reduction since more liquid is exposed to the air
  • - Encourages caramelization and flavor concentration through increased evaporation
  • - Lower curved walls make it easier to flip and scoop
  • - Ideal for when you want things spread out rather than stacked
  • - Domed lid gives a lil extra headroom for larger cuts and allows condensation to collect and fall back over the food

Hope that’s helpful! Let me know if there are any other comparison photos you’d like to see!

3.75QT Oval Casserole vs 3.5QT braiser 🩵🍑

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!✨

A few people were interested in some comparison photos of the 3.5QT Braiser and 3.75QT Covered Oval Casserole, so I got around to taking some photos☺️. Even though they’re very close in QTs, they cook quite differently because of their shape and how the sides slope!

🩵3.5QT Braiser🩵
- Larger cooking surface
- Better browning
- Faster reduction
- More evaporation
- Good for single layers
- Lower sidewalls
- More of a domed lid

🍑3.75QT Covered Oval Casserole🍑
- Slightly larger capacity
- Deeper profile
- Better moisture retention
- More vertical cooking space
- Easier to stir vertically items in
- Good for layered dishes
- Can accommodate longer ingredients
- Flatter lid

Hope that’s helpful! Let me know if there are any other photos you’d like to see! 🩵🍑✨

Last week in meals -🍤🫑🥟

Hello, how is everyone? Hope you all got to make some yummy things! This week was super hectic, have been trying my best to cook quick things so this week has a lot of dressing stuff up! ✨

  1. Trader Joe’s orange chicken with bell peppers and onions so I can pretend it’s somewhat healthier lol. I do love it though - oval casserole

  2. Shishito peppers and fried shallots! So yummy my favorite thing to snack on! Made them in my breville too - 2.25 QT braiser

  3. Dressed up frozen Gyoza, cooked in chili and sesame oil. Also made in my breville - shallow heart

  4. Lightly Glazed Spam and egg musubi - rice was made in my rice pot and the eggs in the 11inch skillet! 🍳

  5. My bentos all assembled and ready for the week 🫡🍱❤️

  6. Stir fried shrimp and veggies left overs originally made in the 5QT braiser and reheating in my heart oven! I was very excited because I bought two huge bags of shrimp on sale.. turns out they were so ittttty biiiityyy! We laughed when we saw how little they cooked down but honestly I loved them, perfect shrimp bit in every bite! 10/10

  7. Bonus shot! I noticed this morning that my nails unintentionally matched my new pot! ☺️💚

That’s all for this week, thank you all for letting me share 🙏🩵✨

Color Identification help!

I recently acquired this little green cutie but the color has been a bit of a mystery, so I was wondering if anyone here could weigh in!

I posted this on Facebook and after doing some research it appears to be lime? 🍋‍🟩

Could anyone confirm?

More information that maybe helpful:
- Came from Japan
- arrived with black knob
- is solid and glossy

The only hesitation on lime is that it appears to be cooler than whatever it is I have in my possession lol, so perhaps someone with a better understanding of discontinued colors could weigh in? Unfortunately this is my only green pot, (unless you consider cool mint green) so I don’t have any other pieces to compare it to in the same color family.

Either way thank you all 🩵☺️

Last week in meals 🍙🍄‍🟫🍱

Hello I hope everyone has been well!! I’m very late this week but better late than never right? 😜 I’ve been having a tough mental health week and was having a hard time eating so I just tried to make things that were easy, so this post is mostly gonna be carbs hehe 😋

Either way here’s what we made!!

  1. BBQ Chicken Onigiri for quick eats! I wanted to have something with protein to help keep me going when i dont feel like cooking! - Rice Pot + Square Baker

  2. Roasted Chicken thighs, my boyfriend made these for me actually ❤️! I used two for the onigiri and two for my bento lunches. - Rice Pot + Square Baker

  3. My bentos all packed up! I’m trying to get into a new habit of having little lunches ready to go despite me working from home lol. I love variety and I feel like having something readymade guarantees I’ll have something to eat even when I’m not up to cooking. Rice Pot + Square Baker

  4. Dressed up Indomie Mie Goreng! My favorite instant noodle ever, since I was young! Threw in some tomato’s, cucumbers, onions to make it fancy ✨ - 2QT fafa

  5. Pasta Salad! We’ve been getting quite a few 90 degree days here so I guess summer is now in full swing. Just wanted something refreshing ☀️ - 10QT stock pot and serves in 24OZ cocottes

  6. Steak, mushrooms, and asparagus with fresh chimichurri for our three year anniversary ❤️ - 11inch Skillet

  7. Lemon parm veggie pasta! I told my boyfriend I wanted something fresh and summery so this is what we made! -6.75QT Round Wide + 10QT stock pot

  8. Bonus shot of the gang soaking, they were sitting pretty! Also my original color scheme 🧡💙🩵

Thank you all for letting me share! ☺️

Getting better

My little bedroom!

It’s been a rough three days, my grandma passed away a while ago and she was like a third parent to me, we were really close. I’ve been struggling with my depression and the house was a total wreck. Picked myself up and started cleaning everything and am so happy to have my bedroom back even if everything isn’t perfect.

Grandma asked to be turned to soil when she died, most of it will be donated but I guess theyll be sending some to me as well. The Thai constellation Monstera will be one of her final resting places,
I got it just for her. Please send cute planter recs my way if you have any 🙏

Thank you for letting me share ❤️

  2. Roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic! I used some for my pasta sauce and ate some with yummy sourdough 🍞 - square baker

Last week in meals! 🥕🫘🍳

Hi everyone! I’m back home after being away for a while. As some of you may know my grandmother passed away and we were very close, kinda like a third parent to me. It’s been bittersweet and though it all still feels so unreal I’m happy to be back in my little home. 🏠 ❤️

My boyfriend was at mine waiting for me at 5am (flew red eye 😭) and had fully cleaned my apartment and stocked the kitchen with all my favorite things. So thankful for him! He helped make most of these meals so I can’t fully take credit but here was the lineup!

  1. Good old fashioned beef stew! One of my favorites, something about it is just so healing. 🥘 - 6.75 round wide

  2. My boyfriend made me 8QTS(!!!) of Mac and cheese just to make sure I had something to eat when I was feeling not well enough to cook. I even had enough to share with my friends and freeze for later. - 8QT oval

  3. Some chow mien I made in my little heart oven, i love these they are the perfect size for single serving meals and had a bag of frozen veggies to kill - 2QT heart

  4. Southwest beans? Not sure what to call it but it’s black beans with bacon, A1, chipotle tobacco, onions,
bell peppers, dried chili flakes, habanero hot sauce and topped with a sharp cheddar. Made in my little toaster oven that I’m kinda obsessed with! - Bean Pot

  5. My favorite breakfast lately, roasted Brussel sprouts with bacon, onions, and fried eggs. My little braiser fits perfectly in my toaster oven so this has been an easy hearty thing to make! 2.75QT braiser

  6. Not so stroganoff? My boyfriend and I forgot to get sour cream and flour at the grocery store 🤦🏻‍♀️ we were too lazy to go back out so he made a Parmesan sauce instead. It was still pretty yummy! - 6.75QT round wide

Thats all for this week, hope you guys have a lovely weekend! Thank you for letting me share ☺️🩵

In honor of Grandma 🌸🩵

Hello everyone, I hope you’ve all been well. I’m sorry I’ve been a bit MIA lately. I’ve missed seeing everyone’s fun posts. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away last week, and we were incredibly close. She was truly my best friend and understood me from the day I was born. I’m back in my hometown helping my mom with arrangements, but thankfully we’re almost done with everything now. I attached our venue for her memorial in the second slide ❤️

🌸Story time🌸

I finally had a second to catch up on things and ended up snooping around Facebook Marketplace locally (👀) when I spotted one of my holy grail pieces, a Cool Mint Fafa! I’ve been trying to collect my favorite Fafas now that they’ve been discontinued. They’re some of my favorite pieces and I use them all the time.

When I met the seller at the park, we spotted a huge white heron in the trees. We were near a nature preserve, so maybe it shouldn’t have been surprising, but it was still so beautiful to see. The seller was incredibly kind, and we ended up chatting about our favorite pots. It was such a sweet moment during an otherwise difficult week.

When I got home, I set the Fafa on the counter next to my grandma’s favorite tea container and realized they were almost the exact same color. My mom is convinced it was grandma giving me a gift, so I think I’m going to bring the tea container back to Brooklyn with me. 🌸

I’m determined to get back to posting again soon! I used to send my grandma all the photos that I would post and it always made her very happy! I hope everyone has a good rest of the week!! ☺️
