I have an iPhone 14 Pro and I am upgrading shortly to one of these phones. (The iPhone 17 I could upgrade to is the base model not the Pro for clarification)

For context, I don’t use much social media besides maybe snapchat. My friends have iPhones and iMessage and Facetime is great and all but some of apple’s limitations are annoying.

However, although I don’t like apple as a company I am happy with my iPhone and could theoretically live without everything Apple restricts.

I am in IT and do value the customization and openness of Android. I am really against AI and will be turning off any AI features on the phone. I am conflicted on what to get.

I read it and it sounded kind of AI to me so I ran it. Damn.
