The Bento Box is joining the Junction Ridge Farmers' Market each Friday. They will be serving Sesame Chicken, Stir- fry Mixed Veggies, Cashew Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Veggie Eggrolls from 11 am -1 pm. Come join us for lunch at the park.

One of the farmers is Xiong Family’s Garden in Rio, Wisconsin where they grow many fresh vegetables. They grow carrots, green beans, tomatoes and more. Taking care of the garden is hard work, but it is also rewarding to see the plants grow and produce fresh food.

The garden also has colorful flowers that make it bright and cheerful. It is a peaceful place filled with fresh vegetables, beautiful flowers, and lots of life.

Join Orange Shoe Personal Fitness trainers for this 30-minute bodyweight strength and conditioning class. With elements of mobility, core and balance work mixed in, we'll help find just the right level of challenge for you. Everyone - beginners to experienced- is welcome! You'll come away feeling stronger and proud of yourself for taking care of your body. We recommend bringing a smile, a friend, a water bottle and a towel or yoga mat.
