Hi everyone. So far I'm loving the game. It's insane. I feel like I have a good grasp of everything but shield upgrades.

When I start a game I usually upgrade missles once then at least 3 speeds. When I look at shields in the upgrade list, it looks like it's already full? It doesn't have the standard dots and instead shows shields for all the dots, but on the right of the screen I only have 3 shields?

Not sure if this makes sense in how I explained it but any clarification would be awesome. Thanks!!

Maybe I'm an idiot but I can't find out how to adjust the vibration settings?
