Hi everyone, I've been using plex for years now and it is just getting worse. Im also in the process of rebuilding my server and moving to unraid. Would anyone have a good recommendation of a YouTube tutorial to get everything set up. Im will also be new to unraid so any tips for optimization would be amazing! Thank you in advance!

So I have been running a local Plex server for over two years now. It started out great l, had some minor issues and switched over to hardware encoding with a gtx1080ti. All was good in the world again. That was until the client updates started.
Clients on our firesticks, Samsung this, even the Nvidia shield TV have been having random issues. Sometimes it'll say that it's a incompatible file when the same file was playable two months ago before a server and client update. Sometimes it'll give a network error when there is not one and other titles play fine. Sometimes it will just buffer even when transcoding is not happening.
What is going on and why the constant issues? I purchased a lifetime pass as this was my entry point into owning my own server and media. Now im having to look at other options because plex cant get their basic systems to work properly. All I see in every form right now is file, transcode, or general basic level issues that shouldn't be happening on a platform that has been developed this long.
What is the plan here? To make the platform and service so unusable so you can cut the personal server support and then turn into another streaming service? That's the way it feels with how badly community support is being handled and the server issues have taken a total back seat to you monetizing your platform.

Below is my possible build, im planning on running a unraid server, going to have 10 HDD drives for media and other backups. Im also planning on using this system for local streaming to devices for gaming via a docker container.
Will there be any compatibiity issues? Thanks for any help!
