Is there any websites for this all help and advice is appreciated

This is driving me crazy because I know I could stop it at any time I’ve been doing it for years ever since I got lice when I was like 13 advice needed

It’s not too bad now and I may just be over thinking but I still need to stop

I just started the game and I can’t even beat the first area with the death claw because there’s a million living figures constantly attacking me and I do no damage to them do you guys have any advice should I just go straight to diomand city 😭
