Are they even worth it?

5 year driver here, I would have the worst day of all time if I was given a helper, as a vet and helpers being relatively new my DSP would obviously not assign me one as I don’t need the help, I actually feel like it would slow me down significantly aside from straight up ruining my day alone on the road with music and podcasts, curious to hear the general consensus take.
