Are my shimano pulleys ready for replacement?

Hello i have got Shimano Deore RD-M6000 prehadzovačka, 10-speed, (GS), Shadow+ derailleur.

I dont know if i should replace them or are they good as they are for another x kilometers. Youtube tutorials are not good enough for me to see if my are gone or not.

Budget mechanical keyboard

Hello im looking for budget mechanical keyboard mainly for coding/writing/typing
preferably under 50 euros.

I also prefer keyboard without numpad as i don't have got that large of a table.

I was looking at aliexpress as i think the deals are better there, could you recommend something for me? Thanks in advance
