Couldn’t find much relevant posts regarding this so posting here to help someone in the future.

I upgraded from my iPhone 14 to iPhone Air. As Air doesn’t support physical sim - I had to convert my Physical sim to eSim.

Went to jio app —> convert to eSim —> updated my email —> Entered my device ID —> installed my sim in the new device —> it took 2 hours to get the IVR call —> smoothly process done without visit to the jio store.

I thought I would definitely be stuck somewhere and would have to physically visit the store; but the process was easy.
