Teaser Tuesday 19/05/2026 - A bunch of Equestria stuff
Hello all and welcome to another Teaser Tuesday with your host, Jack_n_trade. We had to leave a few teasers behind last week with how big the post was getting so now we're jumping right back in with more Equestria stuff from Hazel, this time showing off the new Equestria's bookmark screen!

The question is how?
Some argue that Equestria cannot afford to be lax, that it must remain on a war footing, centralise control under the government and focus on heavy industry and the need to further bolster the army, and that any concessions to civilian luxury can wait till Equus is finally safe
Others argue that with the economy in free-fall, measures must be taken to restore consumer and civilian confidence. Equestria has spent the last century with a large scale civilian industry, which made it the envy of the world. This legacy should be maintained, and and new goods produced for home and abroad to bring in much needed state funds and resources.
Both sides have their own merits for different playstyles [mil rush vs civ greed] and each unlocks its own set of special industrial decisions and outcomes." -Hazel

Teaser Tuesday 12/05/2026 - The Grandest

- Increased resistance requirement for Manedalusia revolt.

- Can now demand Tarrin while at war with House Erie or Avian.
- Austurland:
- Changed subideology of a country leader character.
- Azir:
- Can now do generic focuses again.
- Bronzehill:
- The effect from the focus "Liberalize The Banking System" is now stronger, but temporary.
- Slightly reduced the effect from the focuses "The Imperial Passport" and "Standardized Measurement System".
- Made some tooltips in Softfur's focus tree more readable.
- Equestria:
- Now starts with depth charge 2 and sonar 2 technologies.
- AI is now less likely to change into Solar Empire.
- Griffonian Empire:
- Renamed MIOs.
- Moved a military factory from Crona to Helheim to represent the Helheimer Kanonenwerke. A civilian factory was moved from Helheim to Crona in return.
- Griffonian Republic:
- Will return all Northern pony land, and receive an alternative bonus, if it has partitioned Skynavia with an independent Northern Tribes.
- Sunglider's 'Implement War Economy' focus provides an army bonus and some Reconstruction progress.
- If the Reconstruction mandate fails while the Republic owns Aquila, Aquileia will temporarily split off as a federal province.
- Haukland:
- Shortened some focus times.
- Can now get a fifth research slot and modern society development.
- Icepaw Provisional Directorate:
- Replace Crimson Troublemakers requirement with just being at peace.
- Mandate of the Eye:
- Changed some event images.
- Polar Bear Communities:
- Changed some bear puppet leaders to be actual characters.
- Qaylidi Dervishes:
- Increased surrender progress requirement for white peace with Thundaria for the player. AI requirement unchanged.
- Changed subideology of Graz Shatterstorm.
- Strawberry Duchy:
- When communist leader refuses to submit to the Duchess, he now swaps ideology to Democratic Socialism rather than keeping Socialist Monarchism.
- Yale:
- Turned the resources granted by the focuses "Open The Tungsten Mines" and "Secure Aluminium Production" into generic resource prospecting decisions. The focuses give Yale earlier access to said decisions.
- Zar-Hay:
- Only puppets that have custom puppet decisions are now automatically annexed. Other countries can now be released as puppets like normal.
- Non-aligned AI countries are now less likely to ally harmonic Zar-Hay.
Fixes:
- Fixed a pony technology supply bonus not working.
- Fixed availability of Deep Rock Drill special project for hyenas.
- Fixed bug with Zecora's Resistance annexing Changeling Fragrance.
- Fixed slow magical pegasi.
- Fixed April Fools end dialogue sequence showing Stablein's dialogue set even if Twilight won the civil war.
- Fixed Storm Creatures not counting towards the "Deploy Special Forces" faction goal.
- Fixed "Together Against The Sisters" not being in the music player.
- Adelart:
- Switching from Harmonic to Communist no longer disables raiding.
- The anarcho-communist Territory can now raid bourgeois democracies.
- Barrad:
- Fixed Viira faction wanting to conquer Equus.
- Colthage:
- Tried to fix militarist path not getting a wargoal on breakaway Zoblosia.
- Zoblosia no longer has "Freedom or Death" national spirit.
- Fixed warlord state modifiers not being removed after warlord mechanic is disabled.
- Scientifid science base now unlocks facilities correctly.
- Equestria:
- Royal Guards template icon now matches between NSB and no NSB.
- Griffonian Empire:
- Fixed "Griffonische Reichsbahn" appearing twice with AAT enabled.
- Fixed "Griffonische Reichsbahn" appearing as tank MIO despite not offering tank bonuses.
- Griffonian Republic:
- "Tricolor over the West" does not bypass after conquering a monarchist Aquileia.
- The Autonomous Province of Bronzehill no longer has monarchist party names.
- Anti-Imperial Coalition members will always join the war against all Herzland countries fighting the Griffonian Republic, even if they're not presently in the Reichspakt.
- The National Republican Army will prioritize resolving the power struggle as soon as possible.
- Fixed the Griffonian Republic conducting independent foreign policy even as a puppet.
- "Settle the Old Debt" bypasses if someone else has already destroyed Haukland.
- Preventing lack of access to the New Mareland diplomatic tree in case Aquileia is in the Republican pact.
- Fixed the AI not transfering states to puppets and allies as it should.
- The National Republican Army will not declare wars independently when puppeted.
- Hippogriffia:
- Fixed Revintern creation.
- Mandate of the Eye:
- Fixed some coring decisions checking for control instead of ownership.
- New Mareland:
- Communist New Mareland no longer targets itself for an opinion modifier.
- Pingland:
- King Lolo is now properly retired.
- Polar Bear Communities:
- Fixed Magical Panserbjørne not getting bonuses from a national spirit.
- Qaylidi Dervishes:
- Fixed Fahamka advisor icon.
- Tried to fix Masaska being available as an advisor while also being the country leader.
- Rumare:
- Fixed renaming of Wohnsitz victory point.
- Wingbardy:
- Can no longer join the North Zebrican War while they're still fighting their civil war.
- Zar-Hay:
- "Develop Zwahile" focus no longer bypasses if Zwahile is owned by a hostile Hyenia.
- Fixed Post-Scarcity society unlocking facilities instead of electrical grids.
- Miscellaneous bugfixes and improvements.
- Miscellaneous localisation fixes.
