Study advice for 245+

So i take step 2 mid June and my last 2 NBMEs (i shall not count nbme 12 in this fuck that nbme got 227 but it fucked my confidencemore then anything) and I got 235s (10 and 13)

Just took the old 2021 free 120 and scored 76%

Is it possible to get to my desired score in the next like 3.5 weeks? Definitely taking 14 through 16 and the new free 120. If anyone's increased their score id love any advice!

Nbme 10 234

Nbme 12 227 (worst nbme ever imo)

Nbme 13 235

Old Free 120 (2021) 76%

I feel like I have the hang of how the nbme asks questions now but really wanna score well. Aiming close to 250 or above. Taking the exam in 4.5 weeks. is that score even possible

The question is about a 47 yr old woman in for maintenance exam.

I chose mammography every 3 years as the uspstf guidlines state to start at 40 and after 75 its shared decision making. But the answer is check serum glucose.

Is the question outdated cause wtf

I take step 2 in 6 weeks and ive been making a document on what my pitfalls are and realized that 35% of my incorrects were straight up overthinking the question and 15 to 20% was literally just not reading the question the whole way. I plan on doing just the amboss 1 to 3 questions so I get into the mindset of not overthinking (done with uworld). Is that something that would help?
