Been on a cut and i’m down 15kgs but still belting some good old ambur
My goal is to hit 10%bf and be around 73kgs before i clean bulk, i’ve been working out from 2022 to 2025 during college but had no idea about diet, nutrition, recovery. I was just working out cus it was fun lmao. Then hit rock bottom in life during 2025 and lost myself and got low-key obese tbh you can see the pic and lmk. Anyways i’ve researched plenty on the above topics and gained a decent knowledge on how calories and muscles worked and i locked in and trusted the process.
Still got a long way to go, for sure gonna get a decent physique by October. But this is going to be a lifelong process. There’s so many videos and reels on what excercise to do, what meals to eat and deadass none of that matters lmao it’s just noise.
Learn about calories, what a calorie deficit is, learn about how carbs are lifesavers and not bad, how fried foods and alcohol slow down your fat loss ( not make you fat considering you’re still in a deficit ).
All you gotta do is find what meals work for you and eat that shit daily. i have been eating the same damn means every single day since Jan 1 and it helps you lock in because there won’t be any decision fatigue meaning you don’t have to stress yourself weighing and calculating every new dish you try and checking it’s macro.
Eat 1.7-2gm Protein per body weight
have plenty of carbs
minimal fat ( i stay witching 40-60gm )
Find your maintenance cals and go 300-500 cals below it ( my maintenance is around 2500-2700 so i eat 2000 cals daily )
All the best to everyone working out to achieve their dream body, it’s possible as long as you trust the process and not derail. Learn self control and patience and most importantly be grateful you have a body that you can work on.
5 days a week of strength training
10-15k steps daily
2000 Cals diet
