Acceptable lie?

I was fired about a month ago from my job and obviously employers are curious what happened. I have been saying I left due to a toxic work environment but do you think I can get away with saying I am still working there?

Can I please get some advice on this?

Can't speak properly

I have been unemployed for about a month and recently have been struggling with interviews and phone calls a lot more than I have been in the past. I feel as though I am pretty proactive with looking for a job but when it come times to speak to someone I just can't get the words to come out and it is really affecting me. I know what to say and how to answer questions but I'm not sure how to describe it, the words just won't come out. It led to an especially awkward encounter last week at an interview and it is affecting my confidence a lot .

Has anyone had these experiences or similar and have strategies to deal with them? Any advice would be much appriciated, thank you

Trouble finding work after sack

Hey guys, I recently got fired from a warehouse role I was in for being late 1 too many days and missing a day. This was terribly irresponsible of me but now of course am searching for a new job. I decided to upskill and obtain a forklift ticket which is a desirable thing to have in the roles I apply for however I am having zero luck getting past the interview stage. Obviously no one wants to hire someone who was fired and so I have been saying that I left my last job due to stress and needing to be at home to support a loved one. I understand l have made a terrible mistake and I have been feeling pretty hopeless about this situation and don't want to end up down and depressed because of this. Does anyone have any advice for how to approach the question of why I left my last job? Any help appreciated, cheers

Hey Guys, I have been learning Japanese for about 3 weeks now and have use Anki deck to grow my vocabulary. I have been making decent progress but have recently ran into a problem I would like some advice on especially with the kanji in my deck. The issue is that I am struggling to find the kanji I am learning in reading recourses and this is bothering my because when I do my immersion after my deck and read words I have learnt in the context it really sticks and I am very unlikely to forget it. I have full confidence in learning 10 new words/ phrases per day if I can follow this process. It worked well for the first week with extremely basic 1 sentence picture aided books but now I am struggling. Where did you guys go for reading sources specifically at this point in your learning and what texts would you recommend so I can continue to grow steadily?

cheers guys!

Hello everyone, I am from Australia and have recently obtained my forklift certificate to upskill and land a greater paying job than my current job. As you can imagine it is a bit tricky finding someone willing to hire me with no experience and I am feeling a bit defeated by this. I have decided to lie about having 8 months experience on my CV to help me secure one. I am quite nervous about being busted for bullshitting about this even though I find it to be a harmless lie. My question is, is this a bad idea and if it is how should I go about finding someone who will hire me?
