Can I get some good news? I relapsed after 3 years and I’m clean for a full week!

I almost reached 3 years. It would have been three years in July, but I messed up. My mom just got too much. I couldn’t handle it. This last month has been so bad for me, but I thought I would get through it. Can I get some good news? Any good news and maybe some kind words would help
