Can someone explain the marauders really quickly to me?? (Urgent)

Okay so I've been talking with this girl for a bit and she's soo cool and I have such a crush on her, we met through a different fandom so we both know a lot abt fandoms and stuff.

She said she loves the marauders and bc I want her to like me I said I do as well (I know the marauders is abt like a previous generation in Harry Potter, and that's abt it..)

but now she's like constantly talking abt it to me and I want to know what she's talking abt and I want to understand her passion. But idk where to start, there's so much different information in so many different places, and I'm getting kind of overwhelmed..

Could someone please give me a rundown on the basics and maybe some like fun things to throw into conversation??

Just got my diagnosis, and idk what to do..

Hey y'all.. I've never posted anything before, but here we go.

I'm an 18 year old girl and I've just finally gotten my diagnosis, I've always felt I was different, and that things didn't align for me the way they do for other people.

I've been looking for an explanation for this for about 7 years, and I just got the diagnosis autism. It's kind of a bittersweet moment because there's finally a reason as to why I am the way I am.. but at the same time it's kind of underwhelming??

Like idk I sort of thought it would be like this big revelation and suddenly I could be "fixed" (obviously I know logically there's nothing to fix, I am the way I am and that's good enough) but now I'm sitting on my couch, alone, and the world is exactly as it was when I left this morning..

And it's weird because I hoped a diagnosis would magically make me function better, but I'm still struggling the same amount. (And logically I knew just a piece of paper with a big word on it and a signature wasn't gonna do anything) But it's just.. idk I thought the diagnosis would help more than it has.

I also don't even know why I'm typing this, but it's more that I don't have anyone in my real life I can share this with, so strangers on the internet will have to do :)
