Hi all, I wanted to know if there was anything spiritual behind whats happening to me.

My ex is appearing in all my dreams there always the same type of dreams where either I am searching for him or expressing my love for him type of dreams or sexual. For context I have known him since I was 9 (27 now) we dated during our teens broke up then reconnected after I had a child and went on to have our own child however he was incarcerated during the whole time of my pregnancy and up until the child was 4 , I left him and moved on had another child with someone else but as of recently he has returned and I have since broke up with my new partner and constantly when i dream or day dream he (my ex) is always in them. Its strange because despite moving myself on, all it is almost as if my love for him has never gone and just seems to get stronger as if i have some type of invisible piece of thread attached to my heart attaching to him. Please someone tell me if this means anything or if I am just a weirdo who needs to go seek help 🫣.

Non smoker non drinker , crohns colitis

I had a tooth removed that had been infected twice in the last 2/3 weeks due to my weak immune (slow healing and recurring infections) i had it taken out around 3pm today, it was a curved root tooth very very for the dentist to remove and she was concerned i might require stitches if my bleeding didnt go after 20 mins but it did. However i have been in agony, i took codeine low dose which hasnt touched the pain id say the pain is about as bad as the infection pain i had so 8/10 and the area of the tooth extraction seems to keep bleeding on and off. I haven’t ate since the extraction or drank anything out of fear of dry socket etc just not sure whats normal as I have only ever had teeth removed as a child and my wisdom however they did not hurt at all. Should i be concerned about my extraction site ?
