It’s been a week since I sent them a dispute form regarding an unauthorized online transaction, and there has still been no update or action on the matter.

P.s.

An automatic deduction was made from my account even though I did not subscribe to or authorize this transaction.

I already sent them the details, screenshots, and emailed them.

What digital banks in the Philippines doesn't have any issues like scam or automatic unauthorized transaction?

The Maya and Gcash had an issues regarding of unauthorized transaction.

The Maya also has a poor costumer service my money hasn't give me a refund or update regarding of automatic unauthorized transaction.
