Making a liquor barn delivery today… customer took forever to get to the door but I see him coming on a walker… no stress…then down he goes… doors unlocked so I go in to help… hip is clearly broken… like one leg clearly bending where there isn’t a joint… so I’m there 30 minutes waiting on his nephew and the boo boo bus. Meanwhile I’ve got 6 pizzas for a kids birthday party in the backseat. Customer from the party was very understanding and apparently got a full refund as I delivered because at that point the party was over

I had a lady today order to the wrong city… correct address, same road just Lexington rd Versailles instead of Versailles rd Lexington. Nobody knew her at the location and security wouldn’t let me in. Called three times and texted twice then called support and left it with the guard… decent tip for the distance till I spent the extra time… so 3 minutes after I leave it with the guard she calls me back and I explain where I left it… she wants me to go back, grab it and deliver to the correct address 8 miles away… no offer of extra compensation… no ma’am I’ve lost all the money I intend to on this run.
