I am so confused by this rear gear problem. Any suggestions?

Apologies, as I am extremely new to cycling, but i just don't understand how to fix this. I have a shimano claris and the rear seems to be out of alignment with the gears, causing the chain to slip put of the jockey thing.

I've done some googling and using the barrely adjusters and the b screw don't seem to do enough to put it back in alignment. I think the casing of the rear itself is twisted but I don't understand why or how I correct it. It doesn't look like anything has snapped or bent, so I should be able to adjust it myself with some guidance.

Appreciate your guidance in advance.

I am at my breaking point

I am so lost in terms of my career. I can never stick to something and it is so frustrating. I finished sixth form (school) about 8 years ago with really good grades, and was dead set on being a physicist. I then studied theoretical physics for about a year, but it was completely different from how I thought it would be, so I transferred to Mechanical Engineering.

I did the first year of undergrad, but then started to absolutely despise it in second year. Around this time, my mental health took and absolute nose dive and looking back, I was barely functioning as a person. I got myself out of that rabbit whole, transferred my credits to a different university and then finished my degree, and graduated (ultimately ending up with a degree that was a mixture of statistics and physics).

After graduating, I literally had no clue what I wanted to do, so I decided to go into Maths Teaching (it made sense at the time). Well care to take a guess how that went? Like everything else, I went into it thinking I had found the answer, but ultimately ended up despising it. I finished the course, but I absolutely knew I did not want to be a teacher.

Now this leads me to my latest idiotic decision. I decided to get a job in sales. Now you would think that this decision makes literally zero sense given I am an INTP-A who generally doesn't like interacting with people, and isn't particularly money motivated, but it made sense at the time.

Surprise, surprise, I loathe it and I am back to square one. I don't know what to do, because it is not like I make these decisions lightly. I spend weeks and weeks researching these opportunities / paths, I create decision matrices, I evaluate what I want out of said opportunity / path in terms of benefits and how it plays into my skillset...and every single time, it makes sense. But ultimately I just grow to fucking hate it. And then when I look back, I have no clue what I was thinking. I feel like I am broken.

I don't know who to talk to about this. A careers advisor will just give you all the standard advise ("What are you good at? What do you want out of a career..."). Do I need therapy? Have other INTPs struggled with this? What did you do?

Where should I take the love of my life for our anniversary?

I have been with this woman for 2 years, and we are celebrating our anniversary in Aachen. I love her more than anything in the world, and I want to take her somewhere really special. I haven't got a clue about the local area, and although I have done some research on google maps, I figured I should get some local insider advice.

What I am really looking for is a romantic & intimate wine bar / restaurant. Somewhere cozy, with warm lighting and an ambient atmosphere. I looked into Vertical die Weinbar, but unfortunately they are not open on Mondays.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
