Hi everyone! <3 I'm looking for a roommate or 2 starting August 1st. I am open to signing a lease (I have a guarantor and stable job), or moving in to an open room! my budget is Maximum 1250.
A little bit about me: I'm 26 and a native Brooklynite with a background in painting and sculpture. Love anything creative and creative people! I'd consider myself pretty outgoing and sociable, but my alone time and winding down are really important to me too. Love painting and drawing, cooking, reading, dancing, journaling, watching movies- all that! Looking For: Ideally, I'd like to live with other women (to specify: this includes cis women, trans women, and nonbinary people). It's really important to me to live by a park, grocery store, and train line. I've spent the past few years between Bushwick and Bedstuy and am interested in moving closer to Prospect Park, I'm flexible though! Also, looking for something long term.
I'm searching for the kind of roommate situation where we connect and create a cozy, welcoming, and comfortable home. I'd love to foster a friendship and work together to create somewhere we love to live. Would be great if we have aligning values and lifestyles- this might look like someone who is queer friendly, openminded, a creative, values friendship & community, is communicative, clean and organized, responsible, etc.
I have a cat allergy! ): So no cats unfortunately, and dog depends on the breed.
