I’m hoping that if this is the case and Venam was indeed erased from our memories we, as the Interceptor, will be the ones to seek her out during the postgame; this would place the encounter after the main ending but before the conclusion of the postgame. This aligns with the requirement to complete the Paragon route, then Renegade, and finally Paragon again in New Game+ to unlock the true ending, something similar to Anna's ending in Pokémon Reborn.!<
