How're ports checked?

I mean, I assume for PlayStation and Xbox, you export the port on an external harddrive, then connect that extrenal harddrive into the console, and test the port that way.

but as far as i'm aware, the switch doesn't have anything where you can plug an external harddrive in. so how are switch ports tested?

bit of a stupid question but i'm but a dummy anyways

I know that when you puplish a game, under "puplisher" you have to name your company name. That's obvious.

But can i just name my own name/my pseudonym under "developer"?

it'd be great if i could ust use my own name as developer

Question for anyone who knows their way around SteamWorks

Specifically my question is about Localization.

I've seen a video that shows that the images on the Steam page for a game can be changed depending on language.

I was wondering if the name of the game can also be changed on the steam page depending on language. Does anyone know that?

What is this kinda Horror subgenre called?

Like, this thing that Omori at first does, and DDLC, and Baldi's Basics to a certain degree.

This trying to appear all innocent on the surface only to later reveal itself to be horror.

Does this thing have a name? Should we coin one?
