Why do people in the community have such negative mentalities and an unwillingness to try to win? People try to forfeit instantly. Or they are getting destroyed on a character they refuse to switch. Or best of all their one trick gets banned and they throw the game or ban a teammates pick. Why is the community like this?

I recently was scrolling on twitch and seen the tekken 8 grand finals. I used to play it so I tuned it. What is the thing they are playing on? I thought maybe they would use controller or something but can someone clarify what it is? Absolutely banger of a grand finals either way. Thank you!
