Leap V2 vs Amia

For those of you that own or have tried either the Steelcase Leap V2 or Amia what are your thoughts?

I’m in the market for an office chair and I’m curious as to whether the lack of cushioning in the Leap is a dealbreaker and for the Amia if the lumbar support is an issue.

For reference I’m 5’11 265lbs and I have tried both the Zody and Fern but returned both. The Zody cut off circulation in one of my legs and the Fern seat caused enough pain after hours of use that I didn’t want to risk keeping it if it was going to continue being an issue. The lumbar support on both were great.

How do I get people to use public transit?

I have 450k residents and a whopping 2k using the buses, another 1k on trains and like 500 people on the subway. I have parking rates cranked up and public transit is free but still no improvement :(

edit: I posted a bunch of pics in the comments for reference

Heavier fellas, what chairs are you using and how do you like them?

I’m about 5’11 275lbs and looking for an office chair, I’ve tried the Zody and unfortunately that didn’t work out so I’m looking to see what everyone else uses.

To anyone who owns a Haworth Fern, how is the seat? From what I’ve seen it’s a hit or miss with its cushioning so I’m curious and would like to get more opinions.

Looking for chair recommendations

Hello, I’m 5’11, 270lbs and I’m looking for a chair to use for anywhere from 6- 8+ hours a day.

I recently purchased a Haworth Zody but am going to return it as it puts too much pressure on the back of my left thigh, I’ve tried adjusting the chair in every way and nothing helps. The backrest however is great.

Due to the pressure issues I’m also looking for something with a decent cushion, or at least firm enough not to bottom out.

My budget is $1200USD or $1700CAD, I’m located in Canada.
