Question about the backpack upgrade on Xbox.

I found it on the island but did not pick it up because I keep seeing people mentioning issues.

Should I just leave it for now?

Question about the element override on pearls.

So these two for example. I am playing as Vex and have bonuses to kinetic.

I assume that when it switches the damage to the override then it stops being kinetic (though still attuned to kinetic).

So if I want it to do kinetic damage I would want to use the cryo one since flesh is so common and the fire one would be kinetic less often. Right? Or does the fire damage bonus to flesh make it do more damage even if I am losing the kinetic bonus?

If that makes sense...lol

I've been on the search for a Gomie with ripper and it got me thinking about what the best override would be if it ever drops for me.

Unlocked UVHM 7 asap and been farming everything everywhere!

The only pearls I've had drop are from the new raid boss.

Edit: Well it finally happened. After days of farming and specifically 50+ kills of Splashzone today (5/31/26), a pearl dropped.

A Screwstonian. 🤷🏻
