Fuel metering problem-Fuel pump?

Heya people!
I’ve got a huge problem with my 2006 Transit (mk6 ) 2.4L duratorq..
every time going uphill (even if it’s not steep but steady) the transit will loose it’s power under load and will go to limp eventually. OBD shows these codes:

P1211 - throttle position sensor circuit open

P1608 - FIP (Fuel injection pump) watchdog signal missing

P0251 - injector pump fuel metering control fault

So went to the mechanic and he changed the SCO-Valve and new fuel filter the same time. Unfortunately it didn’t solve the problem.. now he thinks it should be the fuel pump itself cos of the tests (pictures below). Since it’s an expensive repair he’s concerned about that it may not be the pump,
So he doesn’t wanna change it with the car being still faulty afterwards..
or could it be the injectors as well?

Does anyone of you have had experience with something like that or could help me otherwise with that situation?

Thank you in advance! :)

Cheers Lucas
