Need help managing fine thin low porosity hair after texture change

Hey everyone. I’ve been dealing with hair thinning/hair loss and it’s honestly been affecting me a lot mentally. I’ve had my hormones and bloodwork checked, and apparently everything looks normal so far.

I’m seriously tempted to just chop it all off, but I’ve done that before and it didn’t really help with the texture issues, so I’m kind of hesitant to do it again.

Lately the biggest issue has been how much my hair texture has changed. It’s way frizzier, drier, and wiry/coarse in some spots, and just really hard to deal with overall. I have fine, thin, low porosity hair, and I’m pretty sure I’m dealing with a lot of breakage too because I lose so many short little hairs. I know I can’t totally control the hair loss itself, but I’d really like to take better care of the hair I still have and make it look as healthy as possible.

The hard part is that I never really had to “manage” my hair before — it used to be naturally smooth and easy, so now I feel kind of lost.

Does anyone else with fine/thin low porosity hair have tips for dealing with breakage, frizz, and texture changes without making the hair feel weighed down? I just want my hair to feel manageable again.

Has anyone noticed increased spacing between the 2nd and 3rd toes as their bunion progressed?

The space between my second and third toe on my right foot seems to have gotten bigger recently, and I’m wondering if this can correlate with my bunion worsening or changes in foot mechanics.

I’ve had mild/moderate bunions for years and my feet have looked relatively stable in older photos, but lately I’ve noticed the second toe on my right foot seems to angle inward a bit more, which makes the gap look more pronounced. From an aesthetic standpoint it’s really bothering me and honestly causing me anxiety.

I already wear orthotics and my goal is mainly to keep things stable and prevent progression if possible. My podiatrist hasn’t really been helpful, so I’m curious if anyone else experienced increased spacing between the toes as their bunion progressed, or if toe spacing can fluctuate from positioning/mechanics alone.
Did anything help keep your feet stable or slow progression?

32F looking for help with facial aging, skin texture, and posture changes

I’m 32F I’ve been noticing more aging in my lower face and skin texture than I’m comfortable with. Compared to a few years ago, my face looks leaner and less soft, which is to be expected as I get older but certain areas are changing a lot more quickly, I’m noticing:

more visible folds around my mouth,

a deeper fold/crease on one side beside my mouth,

Increased asymmetry in my lips/lower face,

enlarged pores/rougher texture,

and posture issues/forward head posture that I think may be affecting my jawline and overall appearance.

I also feel like my lips don’t rest the same way they used to and the lower half of my face looks more tense or pulled down compared to older photos. I’ve always had asymmetry and in my mouth area and jaw but as I’ve gotten older it’s becoming more obvious. My jaw is crooked and the only way to fix that is jaw surgery. I feel like the changes happened quickly and I’m trying to figure out what’s realistically treatable vs normal aging.

I’m mainly looking for advice from people who have actually improved these kinds of concerns. I’m open to:

lifestyle changes,

posture correction,

skincare/topicals,

prescription treatments,

Botox/filler,

microneedling/lasers,

or anything else that genuinely helped.

My skin is also pretty dehydration-prone/reactive, so I struggle with tolerating stronger products like retinoids, and I struggle with finding products that hydrate my skin without breaking me out.

Would really appreciate hearing what actually made a noticeable difference for people in their 30s dealing with similar concerns.

* I just want to be clear that I expect to age as long as I’m alive but I’m worried that there’s something I’m doing or not doing, that’s causing me to age faster. I didn’t realize that our face holds tension, I deal with it in my body but I think I’m noticing the effects in my face as well as stress. I say faster bc I have siblings around my age and there’s no drastic difference in how they look now compared to a few years ago.

32F non smoker. I string floss and water floss lightly , brush with Sonicare electric toothbrush twice a day.

After a cleaning in January I noticed a spot on my lower front tooth that looked a little dull. It didn’t bother me, I couldn’t really notice it unless my mouth was on the drier side.

Fast forward to today, I notice this textured spot on the same tooth, it didn’t look flat and it looked kind of white so I wipe the tooth and there was some plaque. I never experienced a build up of plaque like that on the front teeth, and I also just had a cleaning April 21st and I try to keep up with my oral hygiene. I noticed that the spot became white and now it won’t go away.

I’ve had dehydrated spots in the past directly after cleanings that last for a few days but it was always temporary. I’m really stressing because the tooth looks more textured instead of flat and the white spot won’t go away. I’m thinking it’s demineralization but idk if theres something I did that made it worse. Idk if it’s a cavity but if it isn’t then I don’t want it to become that. Is this treatable?? Can I get rid of this white appearance?Lately I’ve been applying MI paste to it after brushing my teeth morning and night

I’m including pictures after my cleaning in January, and pics of my teeth before this most recent cleaning and after.

**im dealing with gum inflammation due to unknown causes per my dentist. If anyone can offer any insight I would appreciate it

I had mild gum swelling on my lower teeth prior to a cleaning. I usually go every 3 months for a cleaning because despite all my at home efforts I get swelling that I can never seem to get rid of and the dentist doesn’t know what’s causing it either. Anyways I went in for a cleaning bc in my experience it helps with the look of my gums but this time around my gums are a lot more swollen than they were before I got it done. The swelling was mostly my bottom front teeth but now my gums on my upper teeth are so big they’re making my teeth look smaller and I feel pressure. I’m 5 days post cleaning. I called the office and they only recommended to do salt water rinses 3 times a day for 3-5 days. Idk what to do when I’m not seeing any improvements 😢 what do you guys usually suggest to your patients?
