Need some encouragement please. Frogging my sleeves for the third time!

Arrgghhh, I've been working on a cardigan on and off for the past 8 months (I'm a slow knitter). I finished the sleeves and they were too wide, so frogged them, then they were too tight, so frogged them again, now just finished them for the third time, thought I was happy and tried it on and they look like ridiculous balloons on my arms! So guess what... got to frog again! Don't get me wrong, I have enjoyed making this cardigan and people keep telling me just to go with the flow but I want to make something I am super happy with! To make matters worse, this is technically my practice cardigan! I have some red yarn I love that I want to use to make a cardigan after this current one, if I ever finish it at this rate... I want my sleeves to be more tapered so got to figure that out and trying not to feel too defeated. Anyway, thank you for reading my rant!

Please help me identify what I did at each stitch marker

Hi everyone. So I finished knitting one sleeve of my cardigan and really like how the tapering feels when I tried it on. However, I was incredibly silly and forgot to write down how I tapered it! I know I introduced K2tog at the first green stitch marker, where I've also got the first lifeline, but can't figure out for the life of me what I did from then on. Did I K2tog every row or every other row? And then I changed it again at the blue stitch marker. If anyone could figure it out for me, I would be forever grateful!

Note to self: from now on, I shall always write down my pattern! Thanks everyone.

Grateful for my grandparents

My grandparents came to visit me today and we had a lovely catch up. I feel so grateful for them being there for me and for everything they have done throughout my life. When my father left in my early teenage years, they took on the role that he neglected. I will always be thankful for having them in my life.

I have been off work on the sick for a while due to struggling with my health and I am so thankful for everyone who has been there for me every step of the way, especially my boyfriend, Mum and my closest friend. Whether I needed someone to cry on, listen to my worries, a hug, a meal cooking, my dog being walked or simply advice on how to remain sane during my time off, they were there, no matter what. I love you all.
